One pack, one flat price.
Two speeds, one published price for each, whichever pack you choose and whatever the size of the evaluation. All prices exclude VAT and are in pounds sterling.

£1,550Delivered by 18:00 UK time on the 2nd working day after receipt.
Same day
£1,750Delivered by 18:00 UK time on the day of receipt, where a complete request arrives before 12:00 UK time, Monday to Friday.
We do not discount a published price. Where we cannot meet a same-day request, we will tell you by 14:00 UK time that day and agree an alternative with you.

The price does not follow the pack
A Demo Readiness Pack and a PoC Readiness Pack cost the same. The pack decides what is produced, not what it costs, so nobody picks the lighter one to save money and then prepares the wrong thing.

One purchase covers one evaluation: one customer, one solution scope, one intended decision. A materially different situation is a second pack.
Repeat packs
A changed evaluation is a new pack
Where the customer, the scope, or the decision moves and you want the artefacts rebuilt around it, that is a new pack at the same published price. Send the brief again, because we no longer hold the original.
We prepare the work. We do not run the demonstration, build the proof of concept, or manage the evaluation, at any price.

Common questions
Is VAT included?
No. Every price on this page excludes VAT. Our VAT registration is in progress, and once it completes VAT is added at the prevailing rate and shown separately on each invoice.
When do I pay?
When you make the request. Once the brief downloads, the form takes you to Stripe to pay at the speed you choose, and Stripe emails your receipt. Check the speed before you pay: once paid, a fee is not refunded, including if you withdraw the request. Both packs cost the same, so which pack you chose never changes what you paid. If we decline a request, we refund it in full.
Does a bigger evaluation cost more?
No. One price per pack, whatever the size of the evaluation or the length of the brief.
What if my brief is incomplete?
We come back and ask. The clock starts when the complete package arrives, and we confirm the new receipt time in writing.
What if I picked the wrong pack?
We tell you before we draft. Changing the selection at that point costs nothing, and the price is the same either way.
Can I have a discount on a first pack?
No. A published price which becomes the starting point for a negotiation is not a published price.
Do you keep my brief?
No. The brief and anything sent with it are deleted when the pack is sent. We keep our own pack and the billing record.
Do you run the demonstration or the PoC?
No. A pack prepares the work and says whether the evaluation can produce a decision yet. Running it is your work.
