ApexIQ Companion | Quality Audits

Is this artefact good enough to send?

You send the artefact and a short brief. We read it, score it, and return a report naming the specific changes to make, and which ones block it going out.

How it works

Four steps, and 1 of them is ours

  1. 01

    Complete the brief

Four steps in your browser. Nothing is transmitted while you work, and the form saves your draft on your own device.

  2. 02

Pay, and send it with your artefact

The form produces a brief file, takes you to Stripe to pay, and opens a pre-addressed email. You attach both and send.

  3. 03 | Ours

We acknowledge and confirm the date

Standard is the 2nd working day. Same day is available before 12:00 UK time.

  4. 04

    You get the report

One PDF, with the findings and the fixes.

Coverage

Six paths, one standard

Every artefact is audited on the path which matches its shape, rather than its subject. Where you are unsure which path yours takes, tell us what it is and we will say.

Path 01

Document

A written deliverable in prose, assessed for purpose, audience fit, evidence standard, structure, and recommendation quality.

Path 02

Presentation

A slide deck, assessed for decision clarity, commercial consequence, storyline, evidence, and slide-level quality.

Path 03

Copy

Public-facing copy, assessed for specificity, usefulness, proof, clarity, and whether it holds up when skimmed.

Path 04

Register

A register, log, tracker, or checklist, assessed for completeness against its source, ownership, currency, evidence, and prioritisation.

Path 05

Model

A quantified model, assessed for disclosed assumptions, a sourced baseline, sensitivity, auditability, and stated units.

Path 06

Diagram

A diagram, assessed for the question it answers, notation and key, boundaries, flow correctness, and legibility.

The report

What comes back

One report, as a PDF. It carries:

  • An executive brief
  • An overall verdict
  • A scorecard across the areas assessed
  • The result of the blocking issue check
  • The issues which most limit the artefact, ordered by impact
  • The recommended priority actions

Each issue names the problem rather than the symptom, says why it matters for this reader and this purpose, and ends with the specific fix. A severity is always written as a word, so the report still works in print and in mono.

Boundaries

What it does not do

Worth reading before you rely on a report.

It does not verify facts

We assess whether a claim is supported, sourced, and bounded. We do not check whether it is true.

It gives no legal, regulatory, or tax opinion

It is not a legal review.

It validates nothing technical

We do not test an architecture, verify a configuration, or reproduce a benchmark.

It checks no arithmetic

In a model audit we assess whether assumptions are disclosed and traceable, not whether the numbers are right.

It certifies nothing

We never state or imply compliance, conformance, certification, or legal assurance against any standard, and we name none.

It guarantees no outcome

No report promises that an artefact will win a deal or pass an evaluation.

The Service Description sets out the scope and the limits in full.

Your material

Your artefact is deleted when the report is sent

The artefact, the brief, and any companion input are removed from our systems on delivery. This is a designed property of the service, not a concession, and it means we hold your commercial documents for days rather than years.

We keep our own report and the billing record, and nothing else. Plan for the consequence: after delivery we cannot re-read the artefact or compare a later draft against it. A clarification which needs the artefact means sending it to us again.
